设计理念：A cummutiy could also be a social and open school facing the public.Under the condition of global warming and all extreme weather types,it is important to enhance peoples awareness of environmental protection.By building an eco-friendly building. the public could experience all the extreme weather types inside and learn how to protect our envrionment, while having more activities outside to keep close to nature. This "climatic school "also creates a community bonding for all ages.
